1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlawFinder.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and FlawFinder.AI.
2. Service Description
FlawFinder is a legal research tool that provides AI-powered search across federal statutes, federal case law, Code of Federal Regulations, Sentencing Guidelines, and police standard operating procedures. The platform is designed to assist legal professionals and informed individuals with research tasks.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use FlawFinder only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not: resell or sublicense access to the platform; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content; attempt to circumvent access controls or authentication; use the platform to harass, harm, or deceive others; or upload malicious code or interfere with the service.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Founder's Club. If you cancel a Founder's Club subscription, you permanently forfeit the locked lifetime rate. Resubscription will be at the then-current price.
Day Pass. Day Pass purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Research Subscriptions. New monthly research subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase by contacting support@flawfinder.ai.
Edge Subscriptions. Edge products are intelligence products. Once access has been granted or an Edge report has been generated, the value of the subscription has been delivered and the purchase is non-refundable.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
6. Intellectual Property
The FlawFinder platform, its design, and proprietary features are owned by FlawFinder.AI. Government documents (statutes, regulations, court opinions, police SOPs) are in the public domain. You may not reproduce or distribute the FlawFinder platform itself or use our brand without permission.
7. No Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific document is current or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLAWFINDER.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlawFinder.AI and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of FlawFinder shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Broward County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
