Abdul Howard appeals from the district court’s order denying his motion for compassionate release under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A)(i). Howard’s counsel filed a brief under Anders v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 4 75, 80 (1988), discloses no non-frivolous arguments to be made as to whether the district court abused its discretion in denying the motion for compassionate release, see United States v. Aruda, 993 F.3d 797, 799 (9th Cir. 2021). Counsel’s motion to withdraw is granted. AFFIRMED. 2 24-3371
