Texas Health and Safety Code § 1101.053
Summary
This law allows a person to continue an environmental or health and safety audit that started before they acquired a regulated facility. To proceed with the audit after the acquisition, they must provide notice as specified in another section of the code.
Audits can continue post-acquisition if started beforehand.
Notice must be given under Section 1101.155.
