South Carolina Code of Laws § 16-11-345

Summary
SECTION 16-11-345. Cardboard placards. The cardboard placard described in Section 16-11-340 also shall be provided to operators of motor vehicles being used for the transportation of passengers for hire by the Department of Revenue. The size of the placard for this purpose shall be approximately two and one-half inches by five and one-half inches with appropriately sized letters. The placard shall be prominently displayed in the operator's vehicle. HISTORY: 1994 Act No. 444, SECTION 2.
