Statute Text
Effect
of failure to remove trees, logs, poles or piling.
Any trees, timber, logs, poles or
piling which remain for a period of more than 30 days upon the right of way of
any county road shall be conclusively presumed abandoned, and title thereto
shall vest in the county having jurisdiction over such county road, and the
county court or board of county commissioners of said county may remove,
destroy, sell or otherwise dispose of the same. [1953 c.339 §2]
