Statute Text
shall not apply to trees, timber, logs, poles or piling which have been
placed or deposited or allowed to remain upon the right of way of a state
highway or real property adjacent thereto under the provisions of a permit
granted by the Department of Transportation, nor to poles erected upon the
right of way of a state highway for the purpose of carrying telegraph,
telephone or electric lines or wires. [1953 c.312 §3]
