Statute Text
Fees allowed to justice of peace and constable or sheriff. A justice of the peace shall receive $9 for each day’s service rendered pursuant to ORS 98.160 to 98.230; and a constable or sheriff shall receive the same fees as are allowed by law for sales upon an execution, and 50 cents a folio for making an inventory of property.
