Statute Text
Payment
to person proving ownership.
If the owner of the property sold, or the legal representative of the owner,
furnishes satisfactory evidence to the treasurer of ownership of the property
deposited in the county treasury pursuant to ORS 98.190, the owner shall be
entitled to receive from the treasurer the amount deposited with the treasurer.
