Applicability of ORS 97.923 to 97.949.
(1) ORS 97.923 to 97.949, 97.992, 97.994 and 692.180 do not apply to a
nonprofit memorial society charging less than a $100 membership fee.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, ORS 97.937 applies to a
nonprofit memorial society charging less than a $100 membership fee. [Formerly
