Statute Text
Commission, bonus or rebate for sale of plot or services.
No cemetery authority shall pay or
offer to pay, and no person, firm or corporation shall receive, directly or
indirectly, a commission, bonus, rebate or other thing of value for the sale of
a plot or services. This does not apply to a person regularly employed by the
cemetery authority for such purpose. Each violation of this section constitutes
a separate offense.
