Sale
and conveyance of plots by cemetery authority.
(1) After filing the map or plat
and recording the declaration of dedication, a cemetery authority may sell and
convey plots subject to such rules and regulations as may be then in effect and
subject to such other and further limitations, conditions and restrictions made
a part of the declaration of dedication by reference or included in the
instrument of conveyance of the plot.
(2) Scattering of
cremated or reduced remains in a scattering garden is not a sale or conveyance.
