Right
of adjacent lot owner upon vacation of way.
The vacation of an avenue, street, alley, driveway,
walk or park adjacent to a cemetery lot shall vest in the owner of such lot no
interest in the vacated portion thereof; but the adjacent owner shall, for 30
days after the date of such an order of vacation, have the right to purchase
any new lot adjacent to the lot of the owner at the price fixed by the court or
board at which the lots are to be sold, and if there is more than one adjacent
lot owner, the new lot shall be sold to the one offering the highest price
therefor.
