Statute Text
Effective date of registration. The application for registration shall automatically become effective upon the expiration of 45 calendar days following filing of a completed application with the Real Estate Commissioner unless: (1) The application for registration is denied under ORS 94.968; (2) The commissioner grants the registration effective as of an earlier date; or (3) The applicant consents to a delay of the effective date.
