Statute Text
Registration required to sell membership camping contract.
Except as provided in ORS 94.959,
and except for transactions pursuant to ORS 94.962, no person shall offer to
sell or sell a membership camping contract in this state unless the membership
camping contract is registered under ORS 94.953 to 94.989. [1985 c.639 §2]
