Statute Text
Legislative finding.
The Legislative Assembly finds and declares that there is a need to:
(1) Protect
timeshare purchasers by requiring full and adequate disclosure of all pertinent
facts about the timeshare plan; and
(2) Provide
reasonable regulation of the timeshare industry while encouraging the growth
and development of the industry in Oregon. [1983 c.530 §1]
