Statute Text
Amendment or cancellation of agreement; enforceability.
(1) A development agreement may be
amended or canceled by mutual consent of the parties to the agreement or their
successors in interest. The governing body of a city or county shall amend or
cancel a development agreement by adoption of an ordinance declaring
cancellation of the agreement or setting forth the amendments to the agreement.
(2) Until a
development agreement is canceled under this section, the terms of the
development agreement are enforceable by any party to the agreement. [1993
