Statute Text
Approval of governmental unit required to record certain instruments.
An instrument conveying title or
interest to the State of Oregon or to a county, city or other political
subdivision in this state may not be recorded unless the instrument carries an
indication of approval of the conveyance by this state or the political
subdivision accepting title or interest. [1999 c.654 §2]
