Statute Text
Effect
of abstract of title as evidence.
Any abstract of title to real property in this state certified by any person
regularly engaged in this state in the business of preparing and certifying
such abstracts shall be received in all courts as prima facie evidence of the
existence, condition and nature of the record of all deeds, mortgages and other
instruments, conveyances or liens shown or mentioned in the abstract as
affecting the property, and that the record is as described in such abstract.
