Time
limit for final action by city or county on tentative plan.
The governing body of a city or
county or its designate is subject to the provisions of ORS 215.427 or 227.178
in taking final action on an application for approval of a tentative plan for a
subdivision or partition located within an acknowledged urban growth boundary. [1981
