Definitions for ORS 9.705 to 9.757. As used in ORS 9.705 to 9.757: (1) “Affected licensee” means a licensee or former licensee of the Oregon State Bar whose law practice is placed within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 9.720 or as to whom a petition has been filed to place such law practice within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 9.715.
