Statute Text
Statement of financial condition.
The board shall have prepared annually a statement explaining the financial
condition of the Oregon State Bar for the 12 months preceding. The chief
executive officer of the bar shall promptly submit the statement to the Chief
Justice of the Supreme Court. [Amended by 1991 c.726 §2; 2017 c.94 §7]
