Statute Text
Duties of president and president-elect; deposit and disbursement of fees. (1) The president shall preside at all meetings of the house of delegates and of the board of governors, and in the president’s absence or inability to act, the president shall designate another officer to preside. The board of governors may prescribe other duties of the president and president-elect. (2) All fees shall be paid into the treasury of the Oregon State Bar, and when so paid shall become part of its funds and shall be disbursed only on order of the board of governors.
