Statute Text
Chief
executive officer.
The board of governors shall appoint a chief executive officer of the Oregon
State Bar. The chief executive officer is the chief administrative
employee of the bar. The chief executive officer may, but need not, be a
licensee of the bar. The chief executive officer serves at the boards
discretion and shall perform such duties as the board prescribes. [2017 c.94 §2;
