Statute Text
Voting
rights; eligibility of licensees for board of governors and house of delegates.
(1) An active licensee of the
Oregon State Bar shall vote for members of the board of governors and house of
delegates representing the region in which the licensee maintains the licensees
principal office.
(2) An active
licensee of the Oregon State Bar is eligible to be a candidate for, and to be
appointed or elected to, the board of governors or house of delegates to
represent the region in which the licensee maintains the licensees principal
