Statute Text
Authority of Supreme Court.
Nothing in ORS 9.005 to 9.757 affects the inherent authority of the Supreme
Court to adopt rules for the operation of the courts, including any rules
relating to the regulation of the practice of law, that are deemed necessary by
the court. [2019 c.248 §6]
