Definitions for ORS 9.005 to 9.757.
As used in ORS 9.005 to 9.757, unless the context or subject matter requires
otherwise:
(1) Attorney
means an attorney licensee of the Oregon State Bar.
(2) Board and board
of governors mean the board of governors of the bar.
(3) Delegate
means a delegate of the house of delegates of the Oregon State Bar.
(4) Governor
means a member of the board of governors of the bar.
(5) House and house
of delegates mean the house of delegates of the Oregon State Bar.
(6) Licensee
means a licensee or associate licensee of the Oregon State Bar.
(7) Oregon State
Bar, state bar and bar mean the Oregon State Bar created by the State Bar
Act set forth in ORS 9.005 to 9.757.
(8) Rules of
procedure means the rules of procedure relative to admission, discipline,
resignation and reinstatement of licensees of the bar adopted by the board and
