Statute Text
Attorney fees.
In
suits to foreclose a lien created by ORS 87.445, the court shall allow a
reasonable amount as attorney fees at trial and on appeal to the prevailing
party. [1975 c.648 §67 (enacted in lieu of 87.495); 1981 c.897 §24]
