Statute Text
Effect of failure to file notice of claim of lien; effect of failure to foreclose. If the notice of claim of lien is not filed within the time required by ORS 87.450, 87.455 or 87.460 or if the lien is not foreclosed within the time required by ORS 87.455 or 87.460, the lien created by ORS 87.445 shall cease to exist. [1975 c.648 §63 (enacted in lieu of 87.495)]
