Statute Text
Lien
upon actions and judgments.
An attorney or other licensee of the Oregon State Bar licensed to practice law
has a lien upon actions, suits and proceedings after the commencement thereof,
and judgments, orders and awards entered therein in the clients favor and the
proceeds thereof to the extent of fees and compensation specially agreed upon
with the client, or if there is no agreement, for the reasonable value of the
services of the attorney or licensee. [1975 c.648 §59 (enacted in lieu of
