Authority of court on sustaining validity of lien claim.
If the court on hearing on a show
cause order issued under ORS 87.288 (1), finds that there is probable cause for
sustaining the validity of the underlying claim of lien, the court may order
foreclosure of the lien by advertisement and sale. [1975 c.648 §32]
