Contents of trustees deed to purchaser.
The trustees deed to the purchaser at the trustees
sale shall contain, in addition to a description of the property conveyed, a
recital of the facts concerning the default, the notice given, the conduct of
the sale and the receipt of the purchase money from the purchaser. [Formerly
