Statute Text
Availability of services of department.
The Director of the Oregon Department of Aviation
may, insofar as is reasonably possible, make available the Oregon Department of
Aviations engineering and other technical services with or without charge, to
any person requesting such services in connection with the planning,
acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance or operation of airports or
air navigation facilities. [Formerly 492.020]
