Definitions for ORS 830.880 to 830.895.
As used in ORS 830.880 to 830.895:
(1) Component
means any severable portion of a boat that possesses or did possess an
identification number.
(2) Identification
number means a distinguishing number assigned to a boat or component by the
manufacturer, the State Marine Board or a police agency. [Formerly 488.900]
