Statute Text
Record
of certificates and numbers; fees for furnishing information.
The State Marine Board shall keep
a current record of outstanding certificates of title, certificates of number
and registration and recorded numbers, which shall be a public record open to
inspection by the public during reasonable office hours. However, the board may
charge a reasonable fee for furnishing information concerning a boat, boathouse
or floating home or its owner. [Formerly 488.810]
