Statute Text
Suspension.
(1)
Upon conviction for an offense listed in ORS 830.652, a court shall issue a
notice of suspension to the State Marine Board.
(2) After
receiving the notice of suspension, the board shall suspend for a period of one
year from the date of conviction the persons:
(a) Towed
watersports endorsement; and
(b) Towed
watersports motorboat certificate. [2019 c.651 §9]
