Statute Text
Safety
devices on boat operated in tidewater; rules.
No person shall operate a boat in the waters of this
state which rise and fall with the ebb and flow of the tide unless the boat is
equipped with safety devices of a type prescribed by regulations of the State
Marine Board made in accordance with ORS chapter 183. [Formerly 488.092]
