Statute Text
Agreements with other jurisdictions.
The State Marine Board is authorized to enter into bilateral, reciprocal
agreements with other jurisdictions to provide mutual assistance in the
disposition of boating offenses committed by residents of one jurisdiction
while in the other jurisdiction. [1991 c.590 §4]
