Statute Text
Officers; quorum; meetings. The State Marine Board shall select one of its members as chairperson and another as secretary, each of whom shall hold office for one year, or until the selection of a successor. Three members of the board constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The board shall meet at least once every three months at a place, day and hour determined by the board. The board shall also meet at such other times and places as are specified by the call of the chairperson or of three members of the board. [Formerly 488.850]
