Enforcement of ORS 83.010 to 83.190.
The Attorney General of the State of Oregon or a district attorney may bring an
action in the name of the state against any person to restrain and prevent any
violation of ORS 83.010 to 83.190. [1963 c.489 §§19,20; 1975 c.437 §6]
