Statute Text
Duplicate or replacement registration cards.
The Department of Transportation may issue a
duplicate or replacement registration card when:
(1) The
department receives an application indicating the loss, mutilation or
destruction of a registration card; and
(2) The fee for
issuance of a duplicate or replacement card under ORS 826.023 is paid to the
department. [Formerly 768.023]
