Statute Text
Registration fees for proportionally registered vehicles. Registration fees for vehicles registered under ORS 826.009, 826.011 or 826.031 are as provided in ORS 803.420 for vehicles of the same class. The fees are for an entire registration period and are payable when a vehicle is registered and upon renewal of registration. The Department of Transportation shall apportion any fee under this section to reflect the number of quarters registered. [Formerly 768.015]
