Statute Text
Track clearances.
The Department of Transportation,
upon own motion or upon application of any person, and with or without hearing:
(1) May enter an
order prescribing standard track clearances for railroads.
(2) Upon finding
good cause, may enter an order granting authority for a railroad to operate at
particular points with clearances different from those prescribed as standard
