Statute Text
Investigating management of carriers.
The Department of Transportation may inquire into the management of the
business of all motor carriers and railroads, and shall keep informed as to the
manner and method in which the business is conducted. The department has the
right to obtain from any motor carrier or railroad all necessary information to
enable the department to perform its duties related to motor carriers and
railroads. [1995 c.733 §19]
