Statute Text
Fee
for issuance or renewal of vehicle dealer certificate.
Each person holding or applying
for a current vehicle dealer certificate shall pay a fee of $75 to the
Department of Transportation upon application for issuance or renewal of a
certificate. Moneys from the fee are continuously appropriated to the
department for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 822.007,
