Statute Text
Revocation of registration.
The Department of Transportation may revoke the registration of any school bus
if the department determines that the vehicle:
(1) Is not
maintained and operated in accordance with standards and rules applicable to
the vehicle under ORS 820.100 to 820.120; or
(2) Is not safe
for operation over or is not safely operated over the public highways. [1983
