Statute Text
Driver
violation of worker transport vehicle safety code; penalty.
(1) A person commits the offense
of driver violation of worker transport vehicle safety code if the person, at
any time, operates a vehicle described under ORS 820.010 or 820.020 in a manner
that violates any provision of the safety code established under ORS 820.030 or
any amendment thereto.
(2) The offense
described in this section, driver violation of worker transport vehicle safety
code, is a Class B traffic violation. [1983 c.338 §744; 1985 c.393 §51]
