and the person does any of the following:
(a) Violates or
willfully fails to comply with an order issued under ORS 820.050.
(b) Violates any
provision of the safety code established under ORS 820.030, or any amendment
thereto.
(3) The offense
described in this section, owner violation of worker transport vehicle safety
