Statute Text
Providing vehicle with mercury light switch.
A person commits the offense of providing a vehicle
with a mercury light switch if the person sells or offers for sale in this
state a vehicle manufactured after January 1, 2006, that contains a mercury
light switch mounted on the hood or trunk. [2001 c.924 §7]
