Statute Text
Rules for standards for roadside warning devices. The Department of Transportation shall adopt rules to establish standards for roadside vehicle warning devices for purposes of ORS 811.530 and 815.285. The rules shall include requirements for the placement and use of such warning devices to provide warning of disabled vehicles. [1985 c.16 §230]
