Statute Text
Complaint process.
The Department of State Police shall adopt a procedure for a person to file a
complaint with the department concerning the failure of a service center or
manufacturers representative to comply with a requirement of ORS 813.660 to
813.680. The department shall:
(1) Provide a
response to the complainant no later than 14 days after the date the complaint
is filed;
(2) Complete an
investigation of the complaint no later than 90 days after the date the
complaint is filed; and
(3) Provide a
written report of the results of the investigation to the service center or
manufacturers representative and to the complainant. [2017 c.655 §5; 2017
